Here are the various questionnaires sent out:
Questionnaire sent when the customer is dissatisfied
Questionnaire sent when the customer is satisfied
Then you can easily access all of your customer feedback here
How do I activate the customer feedback function?
Navigate here.
Click "Edit" on the Delivery template.
Click "Content".
Click "Feedback Survey".
