Feedback v1 user guide

This survey includes:

  • questions

  • NPS

  • an ability for your customer to choose whether or not they want to be contacted

Here are the various questionnaires sent out:

  • Questionnaire sent when the customer is dissatisfied

  • Questionnaire sent when the customer is satisfied

  • Then you can easily access all of your customer feedback here

How do I activate the customer feedback function?

  • Navigate here.

  • Click "Edit" on the Delivery template.

  • Click "Content".

  • Click "Feedback Survey".
